Helicopter Support Inc. (HSI), a subsidiary of Sikorsky Aircraft, entered into a distribution agreement with Robertson Aircraft LLC for Robertson’s extended-range aircraft fuel tanks. Under the agreement, HSI will be the exclusive distributor to non-U.S. government customers of Robertson systems for rotorcraft built by Sikorsky and other selected helicopter variants. Robertson will retain responsibility for systems built for other airframes and for all sales to the U.S. government.
