Goodrich has acquired Skyline Industries, a manufacturer of lightweight, crashworthy, military helicopter seats and helicopter floor armor. Skyline, which employs 40 people at its Fort Worth, TX, facility, will become part of Goodrich’s Interiors business. The company generated $7 million in revenue in 2007. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
