The Ez Trac from Tuthill Drive Systems is a steerable, hydraulic drive axle for both on- and off-highway trucks. EZ Trac is designed to install quickly without altering the truck’s ride height, maintaining existing steering angles and suspension. Its weight allows trucks to carry heavier payloads, and it can be retrofitted as well as installed on new equipment. Benefits include improved handling, a controlled amount of power to the front wheels, and the ability to engage and disengage with the use of a cab-mounted switch. The axle is suitable for utility, construction, mining, logging, excavating, agriculture, and fleet vehicles facing challenging weather and road conditions or steep terrain.
