Designed to set all 4, 5, 6, and 8-size blind rivets, including high-strength and stainless steel, the POP ProSet 3400 rivet tool from Emhart Teknologies delivers 4148 lb (18.45 kN) of pulling power. The 3400 MCS model features a mass of 4.41 lb (2.0 kg), while the non-MCS model offers 4.19 lb (1.9 kg). The 12.17 x 12.44 in (309 x 316 mm) tool offers a stroke of 1.02 in (26 mm) and requires 2.83 ft3/min (80 L/min) per rivet set. Other features include a lightweight polymer handle; two-finger, low-activation-force trigger; rounded grip; and an adjustable air exhaust. A quick-disconnect MCS cup captures spent mandrels for easy disposal, while a rugged aluminum casing was designed to prevent damage and improve tool life.
