Bearing cartridges

GGB Bearing Technology's sealed bearing cartridges offer a cost-effective, maintenance-free alternative to conventional greased bronze, hardened steel, and rolling-element bearings in off-highway applications. Typical applications include dump body pivots, critical clearance joints, linkage pins, lift cylinders, articulating joints, steering cylinders, suspension or track trunnions, and king pins. The self-lubricating, sealed bearing cartridges, available in a range of sizes from 1 to 4 in (25 to 102 mm), eliminate the need for continuous maintenance, costly automated greasing systems, and environmentally harmful lubricants. Capable of handling loads of up to 90,000 psi (620 Mpa), they provide extended wear, which averaged just 13% of that exhibited by hardened steel bearings in independent tests.
