A Hydac Hydraulics line of ELD Series air coolers for mobile equipment applications uses a combination of cooling elements with dc electrical-powered fans to offer improved operation on mobile equipment. The compact coolers fit most equipment and provide cooling performance in heat dissipation while minimizing the required space. Both 12- and 24-V dc fans are offered with flow rates up to 45 gal/min (170 L/min). Inlet and outlet ports face the back, reducing required fittings, and motor lifetimes are rated up to 8000 h. An internal bypass and built-in thermostat port are available, as are both single and dual versions.
