J. W. Speaker’s model 700 work lamp features high-output LED technology for its light source that, according to the company, delivers more than twice the light of the previous generation LED work lamp. With no filament to break, the 5 5/8- x 3 3/4-in (144- x 95-mm) oval lamp eliminates the weak point typical for lamps with regular bulb sources. In a bright environment, the sensor will automatically dim the lamp to 25% of full power. In a dark environment, the lamp will operate at full power. It also offers both long life and low power consumption. Made with a rugged, durable aluminum die-cast housing, the lamp is suitable for construction and material handling applications.
