Version 5.50 of Anthony Best Dynamics’ PLATO system, a noise/vibration measurement and analysis system for powertrain and power-steering NVH testing, offers a number of advances. Integrated single-plane dynamic balancing is one new feature, allowing customers to carry out NVH and balance testing on the same system. It also offers improved time history logging functions, real-time order spectra, and improved "handshaking" with test stands—all features targeted at enhancing NVH testing capabilities at lower cost. In PLATO 5.50, production cycle screens can now be presented in any language.
