Infiniti Red Bull Racing’s new driver, Daniel Ricciardo, takes part in a selfie with students at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, after announcing the application period for the Infiniti Performance Engineering Academy prior to the Australian GP.

Applications from final-year undergraduate engineering students are being accepted beginning today for an opportunity to spend a full year with Infiniti Red Bull Racing's Formula One engineering team in the U.K. Three winners will be selected based on their resume and a 500-word essay. The program is called the Infiniti Performance Engineering Academy, and in addition to "playing a key technical role within the team" the three will work with Infiniti road-car engineers. Each winner gets free accommodations, a salary, his or her own infiniti company car, and behind-the-scenes access to the British Grand Prix. The program is open to students studying in Australia, China, Germany, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Mexico, Russia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, the U.K., and the U.S. Click here to apply. The deadline is April 11.
