Ultrachem offers the Chemlube Plus Series line of high-performance synthetic lubricants designed for use with various rotary screw and rotary vane compressors, centrifugal compressors, and vacuum pumps. The series is compatible with most rotary screw compressor oils and can be used to top off and replace existing fluids. Made with a thermally and oxidatively stable polyol ester blend, lubricants offer improved properties inherent in polyol esters yet are economical through combination with less expensive synthetics. Fully synthetic premium lubricants are formulated to form less varnish under high-temperature applications; up to 11,000 h of lubricant service life is expected in rotary screw compressors under normal operating conditions. Benefits include thermal and oxidative stability, extended drain intervals, reduced oil disposal, wide operating temperature range, anti-wear protection, and improved safety.
