Wineman Technology offers DynEDGE and ServoEDGE integrated, multiloop, data acquisition controllers for high-performance applications. An off-the-shelf dynamometer solution, DynEDGE provides I/O capabilities for modernizations, new installations, and test cell control and data acquisition systems including pumps, engine test cells, axle test systems, steering components, and transmissions. ServoEDGE is suitable for hydraulic and servo-hydraulic applications, including motor test stands, valve test systems, hydrostatic drives, gearboxes, and actuators. The solutions are built on NI VeriStand software, while an INERTIA add-on, embedded on a multicore real-time controller, simplifies connectivity and integration. The I/O for each system fits in an 8-slot chassis, leaving two slots available for future hardware expansion. Other features include simplified profile generation, custom control templates, and integrated closed-loop with model execution.
