Molex offers a sealed Mizu-P25 miniature wire-to-wire waterproof connector solution for transportation and other rugged applications requiring improved mating and protection against dust and water. The 2.50-mm (0.098-in) pitch connectors are IP67-certified and are available in both 125- and 250-V versions. The IP67 rating optimizes mating and signal integrity in rugged environments, making the Mizu-P25 connector suitable for applications with increased electronics in tight spaces. Connectors incorporate color coding of housings, low-insertion terminal design, and other features to simplify operator assembly. Raised-body male terminal provides polarization to prevent accidental mismating. A watertight seal stopper and positive locks ensure secure mating retention, while a cap lock system provides low terminal insertion force. The spring-beam design provides small deflection in high-vibration applications.
