AVX has expanded its space-level M123 series ceramic capacitor to provide 1 μF values in molded radial and DIPGuard configurations. The capacitor offers a two-pin DIPGuard option. It is an extension of the capacitance offering for the molded radial configuration. Tested in accordance with MIL-PRF-123 specifications, the device is designed for mission-critical applications, including military, defense, and aerospace, with space-level reliability, where high reliability is required in harsh environments with lasting performance.
