Thomson's Linear Motioneering: 60 Case LinearRace shafting web-based configuration tool enables users to configure shafting based on size, material, tolerance class, coating, and special machining requirements. Users are able to view lead times, download 2- and 3-D CAD models and drawings, and request quotes. Linear Motioneering: 60 Case LinearRace shafting supports carbon, 440c and 316 stainless, and 52100 tubular steel as well as chrome-plated pain ends. Users select the shafting type to configure, enter the machining details, and the tool provides pricing and lead times. Additional outputs include engineering drawings and 3-D models for the machined shafting; configurations can be saved online for future use.
